The ability to work remote is a big plus for me. Most of the people I work with (direct reports, co-workers, stakeholders, users) are engaging, helpful, and a terrific team-players.
our leaders are our example and even though remote we have a great culture where we meet virtually not for meetings but in fun activities to keep up sane and working together as a team.
The most positive thing is the comradery of our team. The culture and morale outside our team is very low because of the executives and administration.
