I can't think of anything that truly stands out as being singularly positive. I do believe people are paid very fairly for the work they do and generously for the extra work they do.
it prioritizes the safety of everyone, most of them are empathetic and the teamwork is the best out of all.
Everyone understands the value of teamwork. Every team member is treated as an equal from the top executives to the most rookie employee.
I work diligently and sometime beyond my duty and when something is done wrong, as a team, we correct one another respectfully to ensure job done correctly.
My team is very cohesive and works very well together. They all take pride in a job well done.
