It's been a great experience. I feel like this is a place where good work is recognized and each individual can shine. the work life balance needs some tweaking, especially at the leadership level. But, it's been exciting to be a part of the evolution of this company and I'm proud to work here.

I love that we have a 401k package and profit sharing.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting things done and having that and the quality of what I deliver get noticed internally and by clients.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is always rolling out new "employee first" initiatives that make it a great place to work. They also invest heavily in our people and tech.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of our compensation package is our base salary. We are compensated well. I also like that we have a profit share bonus at the end of the year.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is great. I enjoy working with them. They are extremely approachable and friendly. They are also constantly looking at ways to improve the employee first experience and help us conquer any work life balance issues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team is so friendly. There's not a lot of politics at the leadership level so that makes for a great working environment for our teams. Everyone works together toward a common goal, and everyone, including leadership, is so approachable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a friendly group of high performers that are willing to go the extra mile for client success. We also know our line of business extremely well and consult (and sometimes innovate!), rather than simply dictating the same traditional products and solutions to our clients.
