Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued. I haven't brought it up yet. The salary I started with was okay at the time. I am now worth more as I've developed my competency and added value to the company. My current compensation is significantly below the market average. I plan to bring up at my performance eval
