They are open, honest, hard-working, and many take the time to mentor
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better base compensation, do away with utilization bonus and do a regular bonus, pay should be bumped if more certifications are completed
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is very diverse, there is a feeling of trust across departments and with teammates. Generally does not cross over to some managers for certain teams. Some managers are more invested in their teams than others...
