I am still very new but everything has been great so far. It will take some purposeful time management to keep a work/life balance because there is so much to do that it can easily slip but my manager is always staying aware of it and speaks to me about it frequently

I feel like I've contributed a lot, but have been learning a lot as well which I do appreciate. I've seen a lot of growth and change and it's been really refreshing to see a company not only take stock of where improvements are needed, but actively make those improvements.

The monthly celebrations! Everyone is great to work with, but everyone seems to know and care about each other on a personal basis as well.
