What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The collaboration among team members is outstanding. We support each other professionally and personally. Everyone is invested in each other's success and well-being.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team recently brought all of us together for a team-building and vision and goal-sharing conference. A huge investment. I appreciate the leadership team's transparency with us. We have regular all-team calls hosted by leadership to keep us connected.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

My base pay is solid. With the variable pay driven primarily by how billable I am -- which is steady because we're winning new and repeat business all the time -- I have the opportunity to maximize my annual pay (bonuses paid quarterly!). The company also has profit-sharing.

What makes you most happy at work?

I enjoy the freedom (and trust by leadership) to work independently with my clients with little oversight, but always support in the background by my manager (a Director) and their manager (a VP). I love the collaboration with my fellow consultants. Absolutely everyone does what is right for clients

What are some of the best things about your team?

Where do I start? This is a professional, experienced and smart group of individuals. I trust the team to deliver and be open with each other. We have a mix of long-timers with the company and newbies. The group has many professional and personal bonds. It's also a fun group.
