What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am a fairly new employee and the first offer for fulll-time employment was exactly what i was expecting. The 401k plan is great along with the medical benefits.

They are very transparent in the current state of the company and the future direction. Moreso, they empahsize work/life balance, care about the well being of AspireHR employees, actively invest in employee growth and personal development, and just treat employees extremely well overall.
