I like the open, honest, and transparent nature of the leadership team. They also make a great effort to lead by example and support the needs of their teammates (i.e. workers).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
#OneTeam is a motto that gets tossed around easily and feels like a true statement. We work on separate projects, tasks, and timelines but we all work on the same team.
