I was a consultant with about 10 years of SF experience. I spent about 3 years outside the SF ecosystem at Eightfold & Oracle and came back. I immediately certified in EC and the rest is history. I love technical problems and lean toward work with those sorts of problems

Earnest desire to do right by our customers and solve their problems.

Being busy on calls with engaged customers. Talking though configuration and comparing pros and cons of various approaches.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Since Day 1 I see people volunteer to help others without being voluntold. That unselfishness is why i am still here
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teamwork is number 1. Followed by a willingness to do whatever it is to solve problems for our customers. This involves both current levels of knowledge and building / flying the plane at the same time
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel like the other consultants here would jump into a project at 7 pm on a Saturday if they thought I needed help. I learn a ton from them and admire their presence with customers. My managers have always been busy but make time to help me / answer questions patiently.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I honestly don't interact that much w. the leadership. However, AHR has been all out busy this year and ldrship has ramped up both project mgmt & consultants / contractors to meet the demand. In previous jobs we the consultants were expected the take up the slack & I feel like its different here
