Small company where everyone knows your name. Not much onboarding for new hires. Everyone here wants to do the right thing, but doesnt have the time to do so with the workload. Hard to keep up with the changes. Tools/processes need some work so we can work smarter, not harder.

Well intentioned and growing company with good people. Lacks good processes and some of the tools are challenging. Work/life balance is not great and there have not been pay increases in several years. Many roles lack career advancement opportunities.

They have good intentions for the business.

I enjoy the people I work with.

Employees are friendly and like to joke around

While it's pricey, we do have great medical insurance options.

Decent options for health insurance and ppo plans. Everything else is pretty standard.

The tenured employees are very knowledgeable in their jobs and willing to go above and beyond as needed!

They have been here less than a year and have not seen the needle move much this year yet, so it's hard to say.

Everyone is hard working, willing to help out, and puts in the extra efforts when needed. They are also a fun group to work with! We have a lot of very tenured and very talented team members here.
