The job is not bad, the company is shite. Unless you are good friends with higher ups you won't get farther than a forevermore. Vacation is capped at 2 weeks, no paid sick leave, no hazard pay for working during pandemic, and the higher ups are do nothing useless people. I've worked here 18 years.

Higher pay, better benefits, paid sick leave, more vacation time.

Needs to fire everyone and get new folks, they're all useless, do-nothings.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The actual workers are some of the best people you will know, it's the managers, supervisors, and field superintendents. They're all paid to do nothing.
