Review from Sales Dept

Is anyone really satisfied with their medical insurance coverage?

Review from Sales Dept

Health insurance benefits are very good and premiums have not increased in a few years.

Review from Executive Dept

There is no best part, just good overall

Review from Operations Dept

Bonuses and commissions would be nice.

Review from Finance Dept

The insurance is great, the 401K is always good, I have a good amount of time off. I just wish we could get bonuses somehow. I'm not sure how my department would, but it would be nice. That would be the icing on the cake.

Review from Customer Support Dept

A combination of insurance and compensation.

Review from Product Dept

The pto amount and availability to use them.

Review from Operations Dept

I appreciate my pay rate.

Review from Operations Dept

The benefits are really good

Review from Customer Success Dept

Good medical coverage and good 401k

Review from Product Dept

The medical benefits and PTO is good

Review from Engineering Dept

The overall benefits package is good.

Review from Executive Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Due to workload, extra hours and supporting staff in areas outside my district.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel that i am not shown the value based on the work that i do and i am at times taken advantage of by my willingness to do extra to help a customer or the company to not let things fail.

Review from Sales Dept

I was given a 4 10 schedule to reduce my overtime. On holidays we are only paid 8 hours of holiday paythis shorts us on our paychecks, and was told it was done out of fairness for other employees. The shortcomings with our project manager Sarah ends with me losing much needed hours on my paycheck.

Review from Product Dept

Not being able to make the incentives for each quarter. Even though you put in many house each week and sellng many parts. Making it where you receive a incentive each quarter on what sell for parts and not on how ,any calls you can do, some travel 2-3 hour one way for a call in rural areas

Review from Operations Dept

Better raises. The best opportunity to perform and accomplish goals.

Review from Sales Dept

other department get incentives monetary rewards when goals are met and this does not apply to all departments

Review from Finance Dept

I feel as if I am under paid for the position and stress that we are put under at the end of the month. We are also not allowed to take any time off at months end due to us having to bill, bill, bill to hit our goals.

Review from Finance Dept

I feel undervalued because ASSA ABLOY likes to run lean and that inadvertently puts more work on employees. Bonuses are hard to come by, merit increases are minimal & pay increases only come with a title change. Our pay is lower compared to market rates. Better hourly pay rates would be fantastic!

Review from Finance Dept

I feel undervalued because I don't get paid enough and I would feel better about my compensation if they would give bigger raises.

Review from HR Dept

raises are held under inflation

Review from Product Dept

That I was paid what was talked about at hiring

Review from Product Dept

If assigned multiple functions at once it would be nice for more compensation from the company for the hard work and valiant effort to help achieve and accomplish the company's goal.

Review from Engineering Dept

I feel our position under paid for all the avenues we have to take to get things billed.

Review from Finance Dept

too many job duties to get done within 8hrs time, not allowed to work over to get caught up,not enough money for yrs of experience, and all the stress trying to handle so many duties

Review from Customer Support Dept

Leadership does not recognize my level of experience and dedication to the company as a whole. My compensation is the same as a new hire with no experience.

Review from Admin Dept

Give me the right amount that is desevered. We are the gears that make this machine work and most the time we get the short end of the stick.

Review from Operations Dept

Service techs get treated like gold and installation techs get treated like they are expendable. Untrained service techs starting at 35$ with bonus incentives and installers starting at 27$ with no bonus incentives

Review from Operations Dept

Responsibilities and workload exceed current wages. High cost of living , make it difficult to live in the work area. I would like to see wages become more competitive. Long term benefits are also a concern, should be at least comparable to competitors in the area.

Review from Operations Dept

Should be better system than what's already in place.

Review from Operations Dept

we need to consider the market payrate
