Francesca Luthi

Ms. Francesca Luthi has been Chief Communication & Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Assurant Inc since September 2015. Ms. Luthi served as the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at Assurant Inc. Ms. Luthi served as the Head of Global Investor Relations and Industry Analyst Relations In Europe Middle East & Asia (EMEA) Regions of Bearingpoint Inc. since December 2005 and served as its Head of Communications since December 2005. Ms. Luthi has been Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at Assurant Inc., since August 21, 2012. She serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications at Accretive Health, Inc. Ms. Luthi created a new investor relations department specific to Europe that is responsible for day-to-day interaction with investors and analysts in the EMEA region, as well as longer-term strategic work. Previously, Ms. Luthi served as investor relations manager of Omnicom Group, where she worked closely with the management team to develop the IR function. Prior to joining Omnicom in 2000, Ms. Luthi served as analyst of Morgan Stanley in the General Industrial Group, responsible for corporate finance coverage of several diversified conglomerates and information technology companies. She holds Luthi received a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service.

What is NPS

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. NPS has been widely adopted as a key metric often linked to the revenue potential of a company’s product or service. The metric is based on customer responses to the question: "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend the product to a friend?"

Those who respond with a score of 9 to 10 are known as Promoters, and are widely associated with behaviors that create value, including actively encouraging others to use the product or service. Those who respond with a score of 7 or 8 are categorized as Passives, and they are believed to be less likely to exhibit the value-creation traits of Promoters having a largely neutral effect on other consumers. Detractors are those who fall in the score range of 0 to 6 and represent dissatisfied customers of the product sometimes actively recommending against using the product.
