Mr. Ronald B. Griffin, also known as Ron, has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of AutoZone, Inc. since June 13, 2012. Mr. Griffin served as Senior Vice President of IT at AutoZone Inc. Mr. Griffin served as Head of Global Application Development and Support of Technology Solutions Group of Hewlett-Packard Company since February 2006, where he was a key Member of the leadership team that drove their IT transformation. As Senior Vice President, Global Information Technology at Hewlett-Packard, he served as the Chief Information Officer of the Enterprise Services Division. Mr. Griffin served in Fleming Companies Inc. as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer in January 2002. Mr. Griffin joined Hewlett-Packard after co-founding Griffin, Anderson & Co., an IT consulting firm. He spent 12 years with The Home Depot, the last eight of which as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer and led its IT strategy and business organization.
