Mr. William T. Giles, also known as Bill, has been the Chief Financial Officer of AutoZone, Inc. since May 2006 and its Executive Vice President of Finance, Information Technology & ALLDATA since October 2012. Mr. Giles served as an Executive Vice President of Finance, IT & Store Development and Treasurer at AutoZone. He served as an Executive Vice President of Store Development and Information Technology of AutoZone Inc. since January 16, 2007 and Executive Vice President of Finance since April 21, 2006. He joined AutoZone after 15 years with Linens Holding Co. where he served as Chief Financial Officer from 1997 to April 28, 2006, Executive Vice President from May 2, 2003 to April 28, 2006 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until April 28, 2006. He served as Treasurer AutoZone, Inc. Mr. Giles also served as Senior Vice President of Linens Holding Co. from 2000 to May 2, 2003. He joined Linens Holding Co. in 1991 as Assistant Controller and served as its Vice President, Finance and Controller since 1994. He served as Vice President of Linens Holding Co. From 1981 to 1990, he was with Pricewaterhouse LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). From 1990 to 1991, he served as Director of Financial Reporting of Melville Corporation. He has been a Director of Brinker International, Inc since March 4, 2013. He is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Giles graduated from Alfred University with a B.A. in Accounting and Management.
