What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are above average but it still doesn't make up for the low pay.
It is a good structure the harder you work the more you can make.

Employee leverage in the labor market, both globally and locally, isn't respected or acknowledged. Facts and figures brought to compensation discussions are dismissed or challenged.

Being paid fairly for the amount of work that I do day in and day out. I do the work of 2-3 people but get paid very little in comparison. No spot bonuses or raises and when I asked was given no support even after proving that I do more work than anyone else in the department several times.
