What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work as a team. That is it. There are tons of disgruntled people in my office, I am paid about 1/2 what I should be, given my experience.
The ERGs are the best part of the company. Gives us a chance to give back.
Everyone gets along really well, we help each other and no one judges each other.
Its a good environment, you feel like the management team really cares and makes you want to be included and try even harder.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Determine that private equity behavior erodes their workforce quality, impacting their bottom lines anyways.
Paying people fairly. They need to improve this by 1000%
