Determine that private equity behavior erodes their workforce quality, impacting their bottom lines anyways.

Trust that the management has their best interests. Currently, coworkers engage in cannibalizing behavior, which is rewarded

Employee leverage in the labor market, both globally and locally, isn't respected or acknowledged. Facts and figures brought to compensation discussions are dismissed or challenged.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
To manage the business with a principle of 'People Over Profits'. Currently cares less about its workforce than most companies, and in 2019, that is remarkable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This question is at the heart of many internal discussions. The answers that have proven to be effective haven't been implemented, and haven't been addressed to as why not.
