While I love the work I do, it is getting increasingly difficult to rationalize staying here. There are snippy admins always angry about something. I am leaned on heavily to manage our office because there is nobody else to do it, but I'm paid at the upper range of what an admin would be paid.

My personal office that I've decorated myself.

We cover for each other when taking PTO.

We work as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they would bring my salary up to be competitive with other broker-dealers.

My former manager was great and personable. He was easy to talk to.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work as a team. That is it. There are tons of disgruntled people in my office, I am paid about 1/2 what I should be, given my experience.
