Promote the employees who actually work. They burn people out here and pile the work on the select few who actually understand what work ethic means.
So few do the work of so many and the management team can care less as long as the work gets done. Overworked and underpaid should be the theme song for this company. They burn their best employees out and give zero recognition to those deserving.
Recognizing real talent and not promoting a people who kiss up and play politics. They pass up great workers to promote people who are friends with other managers. They also keep people who are toxic and end up destroying departments.

Being paid fairly for the amount of work that I do day in and day out. I do the work of 2-3 people but get paid very little in comparison. No spot bonuses or raises and when I asked was given no support even after proving that I do more work than anyone else in the department several times.
Trust that the management has their best interests. Currently, coworkers engage in cannibalizing behavior, which is rewarded
The work ethic in the south is unbelievably horrendous! The sick call in and FMLA is completely taken advantage of, and is an absolute epidemic. It forces the people who actually show up to work to get burnt out and completely overworked and underpaid while they take advantage of the system.
My team would be much better without our senior manager. He is great at his job, but he's rude, judges people without actually knowing them and makes everyone uncomfortable.

Paying people who actually work what they deserve. So few do the work of so many and get nothing monetary for their efforts. They get burnt out and taken fully advantage of.
This company needs to start paying people fairly who actually work. So few do the work of so many and get zero recognition or fair pay. The best employees of this company get overworked and are extremely underpaid for how much work they do day in and day out.
They really need to revamp their senior leadership. A lot of them are being over paid and not actually contributing to the company except to drive talent out
