What are some of the best things about your team?

Hard working and honest about how terrible the place is run. They want a good place to work and thrive and want the company to be better but hit roadblocks every step of the way. Leadership does Not listen to the workers. "They think they know it All". I implore them to engage with the workers.

The understanding that the restructuring and the way we operate now is not controlled by local management

The regular folks at BC have amazing soft skills. Maybe it is the disconnect between the teams that makes this place the pinnacle of efficiency...sarcasm
