- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The company has declared bankruptcy and no information is being given to anyone here.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?A lot of individuals who are currently in management have been promoted in a very short amount of time. Promoted more than once with a year's time. It's who you know and not what you know. The smart individuals who left the company used their experience to move onto to better positions.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I know the salaries of individuals in my dept and some of the VP's as well. The pay discrepancy between individuals is absolutely astonishing. I know their salaries because they had left their newly negotiated employment agreement on the copier.
