What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and learning how to not be passive aggressive. Also be understanding and realize that people are human beings and should be treated with respect and dignity.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Honestly if the company got rid of it's SPAH ordeal, coworkers wouldn't be at each other's throats trying to make sales so they don't lose their jobs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I found out that the top seller was getting $15 an hour...as a member of management with a lot of other responsibilities on top of keeping my SPAH high, I was only getting $12.50
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything. It's wrong that a member of management to make less than an associate and also not be included in company fiscal year payouts. It's disgusting. Also, get rid of the SPAH. It only brings stress and conflict to the workspace.
