Being able to go in and honestly do my job and not get pulled to go do 15 other things. This happens to all of us every day. None of us can walk into work and JUST DO OUR JOBS. WE get pulled to go do go backs{ which should be the cashiers jobs} or recovery and we have no one for that

nobody ever has clarity or stability in Belk's pricing strategy. It's confusing and changes almost on a daily basis

Not enough people on the floor to work. Most fitting rooms are now storage.

Merchandise is poor quality and not stylish. Staffing is atrocious. Employee morale is at an all-time low. Any honesty about how things really are only leads to management calling you negative.
Stop asking employees to do more with less. Customers will appreciate it & have a better shopping experience.
Your selections of merchandise is not geared for people who want to dress nice.. Much to casual. No selection of church clothes for ladies. We've lost sales because of no prom clothes not a big selections of dress shirts or suits
Change the store managers so they cannot make favorites.

I think the future of retail is unknown right now. This is not exclusive to any one retailer.
They hate there customers and the merchandise shows. The stores are disgusting and they will not fix them.

Get us the help we need. Give us the HOURS that are needed to get the job done. You can't get stock moved and markdowns done in a 4 or 5 hour shift . Then get pulled to another job in that shift. Nothing gets accomplished. Markdowns and stock need a full time person not part timers that get pulled
