Since Covid it has been a mess, no help and staff thst returned is over worked. Biggest probkem is the schedule. HR hasn't posted it when due in over three years. Management is slwsts making excuses for her. This is why people call out. Very frustrating.

Lack of help, store is messy, departments not staffed, stores need updating- look old and dingy
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Listen to what we say needs to change. We are the ones out here doing the work and taking the crap from your customers. Take care of your employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is absolutely no praise unless you are getting credits for the store. Part time compensation is non existent. Most companies give part time employees psid vacation and petsonal days, but. It here. This also contributes to call outs on critical days.
