Before pandemic Enjoyed going to work. After pandemic as days passed morale went to h#$l in a handbasket. A little over 1 year and I decided retirement is the best for me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At this time I cant think of anything that's impressive
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
To be honest. Dont just hire a body just to fill a position.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Can't fully explain when associates are always kept apart. We all have a task and no time for idle moments.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, Clarity, One Belk, Treat sales support associates better. Goldsboro Belk is losing sales support associates left and right. Total disaster!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hurry! Hurry! Hurry! Dont upset the manager, everyone pays the price. Not being compensated for work being done. 15.00 an hour to rush around to try and accomplish the work of 2 to 3 people. Never fully completing!
