The best part about my compensation package is that is has more positive benefits than any other job I've had.

The leadership teams needs to get better at communicating. It is hard to do your job correctly when you cannot talk to your supervisor directly.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to improve on leaving their personal problems at home. It would help me to work better with my co-workers if we could focus only on work.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy when I am able to stay busy. It also makes me happy when I am able to help a customer in any type of positive way.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that my interview process was done in a group setting. It made me feel less vulnerable and nervous because I was able to experience it with other people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that my company does not discriminate toward anyone based on their race, gender, or religion. We have a completely diverse culture. Each employee is treated the same, no matter what.
