What did you like most about the interview process?
It was super easy,but they put me in a different department than applied for.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The pay is low and hours are far between. People doing have their stuff together here. It gets to be crazy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love some of my coworkers. They make it easy to deal with everything else. I don't like my management team much, but some of my coworkers make work amazing and livable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work in shoes, which is constantly busy and requires a lot of grunt work. I am always working to the best I can, but the low pay and bare hours don't work. This doesn't cut it it, especially when they keep hiring new people and throw your hours under the bus.
