I would not know. I haven't started working since two months ago when Belk's hired me.
To this day, I do not understand why I was told to choose between my former company and Belk's during the interview to only end up unemployed for weeks now.
I feel undervalued because since the day I was hired, they have NOT put me on the schedule. I left a steady job to work at Belk and only find out they must have hired me to meet some hiring quota for is time of the year. Ethical? Sketchy.
