I am not micromanaged, leadership believes in my processes.

We have a lot of meetings without clear objectives and or agendas

I think the future of retail is unknown right now. This is not exclusive to any one retailer.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed the company had a clear screening process. However, I interviewed over a decade ago, not sure of the process now.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership has changed over the past few years alone. We heavy with managers and above, leaving small teams to work through the day to day.
