The store is a mess , customers can never find anything. High theft at that store.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
All new managers . The current store manager got used to being the " active store manager " until the new one came . But its like all of them are rude . One manager/lead keenia made a comment that rubbed off completely wrong.
