Being honest went from having a great manager to the worst

Having a vision for the company
Understanding the day to day, sharing positive feedback not only critical, and caring about people.
Taking care of the employees, and letting them use their pto and not scheduling them outside of their availability
Pay your managers a competitive salary. Shrink store hours. It's ridiculous. Holiday hours are a nightmare.
I worked very hard. And it was not noticed
Only full time employee at my location
If they stopped mentioning every two seconds that, "we pay so well, you should be lucky" but only paid me better based on my race and who I knew.
The fact that in the past my pay has cut, there is more to working in a today's retail store-I don't just ring at a cash wrap all day-there are tables to straighten, fitting rooms to attend to, go-backs to take to their areas, clothes picked up from the floor, hazards to be dealt/to area safe, etc
Pay what the competition pays.
my coworkers are great but not trained in what I consider retail basics.
Work as a team with clearly defined goals and set standards
Could be more team focused. Although I have to say it would probably help if training was provided before sending out new employees to tackle tasks that can be very overwhelming without some kind of explanation of how things are done and why
Work ethics and dress more professionally.
Coworkers would rather step on each other's neck than actually train and teach another person. During the morning meetings would say the traffic is up in the store but it never was. The store was empty. A senior woman in the store screamed at me and management didn't acknowledge that blaming me.
Better work ethics would go a long way
The company culture is wonderful. However, the company neglects the complaints filled about store management which keeps the atmosphere of the store negative.
Be more diverse and train leaders to lead.
Sometimes it only take a minute to see how a person day is goin and their well being . They are more concerned about an order than the person mental state
Listen to what we say needs to change. We are the ones out here doing the work and taking the crap from your customers. Take care of your employees.

Clarify. And communicate the hours and demands of the job. Give good training
Everything. Clarify job duties and hours
There is no way to describe the interview with do many interruptions
not really a fair question been there a long time
I have nothing to add to this.
Review from Sales Dept
nobody ever has clarity or stability in Belk's pricing strategy. It's confusing and changes almost on a daily basis
Lack of hours, non communication, lack of leadership, no set rules, and not followed.

Management, company culture, everything. Actually caring about your staff not just the HR and managers.
Not enough people on the floor to work. Most fitting rooms are now storage.
An inclusive work environment with training
I would like to see more credit given to employees.
