I don't I see a huge gap in what needs to be done retail wise and what is done. Loss prevention does not exist at the store I work In.
They answer questions quickly and work with each employee to meet thier individual needs.

I am now back to flex employee after Christmas I was promoted then demoted...I can't tell because HR never does what she says...I'm still waiting for a store review I was told I would get. Meanwhile one shift a week.

The HR manager was extremely personable and friendly. He was informative, and he made me feel like the company needed me.
The Personnel manager was pleasant, answered all my questions to the best of her ability and assist to the best of her ability.

after working there nothing. Do what you say you will do in the interview....I am working one day a week. Is that a job...a hobby ...a farce? you are a regular employee now. Here let's reward you with one day a week. It's corporates fault.
