Prior to Kohl's, Mr. Campisi held various senior level positions with retailer Fred Meyer Inc., a division of The Kroger Company, including Senior Vice President and Director of Apparel, Home Hardlines & Softlines and Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager of Apparel. He has more than 30 years of retail experience, including 12 years in merchandising positions at Meier & Frank, a division of May Department Stores. He has also served in various buyer capacities with Meier & Frank, a division of May Department Stores and John A. Brown, a division of Dayton Hudson. He served as the Chairman of The Sports Authority Inc. He has been a Director at Big Lots, Inc. since May 30, 2013. He served as a Director of RYU Apparel Inc. since March 9, 2012.
