Leadership should encourage open communication and healthy debate. Employees are afraid to speak up as there tend to be consequences for those who disagree with the US SVP. Significant employee turnover.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are one of the best parts about Biogen. I am continuously impressed by how smart and effective my teammates are. We engage in challenging conversations and work collaboratively to advance the programs and projects that we're working on.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are lots of opportunities for career growth and development at Biogen. Managers encourage and support employees working in new disease areas, new functional areas, taking on challenging assignments and rotational/temp work assignments to expand their expertise, skills, network, and experiences
