What did you like most about the interview process? The interview process was very easy. It was as if they were eager to hire and were happy with basic qualifications. They are not very picky and will hire most people if they have positions open.
What did you like most about the interview process?I connected with the manager when we spoke and it felt promising when I gave my answers and selling techniques
What are some of the best things about your team? The only good thing is some of the co workers ive met at the flagship. We've had really good employees come but they rarely stay long since its so disfunctional. We have had the store hire mentally ill people and an actual convicted child predator so this made things very uncomfortable for us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?More base pay, benefits and arrangement is good but havent given me the full guidance on how to obtain these benefits.. more clarity on how i can make more
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Motivate the employees on the floor as well as well as being kind to the housekeeping staff
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Needs a better leader in fragrance
