What are some of the best things about your team?Smart people with great personalities. Outside of Leadership BlueJeans has great people
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Everything. Mid level managers are not bad. It's the VP level and up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Leadership does not promote from within. Pay is below market rate, leaders know this but don't care.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Get rid of the Global Customer Officer, he needs to retire. He doesn't know how to effectively communicate with women. Additionally if the VP of sales sexually harasses female employees he should be fired. No excuses.
Our mission is to make online meetings fast to join and simple to use, so people can work productively where and how they want.
