Miserable, overworked, underpaid, ripped off, and treated like trash. Constantly under threat of termination with ever changing policies & rules. Use to be the best job I'd ever had, but now it's a place I loath that causes me great despair.

To much nepotism and good ole boys club

If the carrier would quit stealing from us, quit attacking our benefits, and quit running us into the ground.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything. Don't steal from you employee's. Quit sacrificing service quality for our customers because of wallstreet. Quit treating your employees like trash. Stop moving the goal posts. Quit attacking wages, benefits, and jobs. Actually commit to safety. Reasonable time off.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating people the way they'd like to be treated. Quit stealing from your employees, changing policies & rules that keep them from their families, and stop making their work even more dangerous. Greed is not a good thing despite what our culture has brainwashed and conditioned us into thinking.
