We talked mostly about how to get the job done safely and how to make it home to our family without injury

I like the fact that the atmosphere during the interview was very laid back which made me more comfortable to talk about my experiences and knowledge.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They really need to get out and ride trains more to see what we go through daily. The trains nowadays move so slow and are regulated for fuel-saving which in turn leads to longer hours for the crew members. On-time performance for shipments are no longer talked about on a daily basis. Customers hate
