What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Apropriate wage compensation and earned time off acrument.

More employees, and more reliable equipment in order to compleat the jobs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all on the same page. They make work safe, fun and entertaining and they are all good hard workers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Over all my local managment does an ok job. The problem lies towards the top with the companys gread in providing the apropriat number of work force and allowing the crafts to do their jobs without having to watch over our sholders in fear of falsly being accused of some sort of wrong doing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fair wage increases that would follow inflation. Apropriate compensation for earned time off and not having to wait 8 years for 3 weeks or 17 years for 4 weeks or 25 years for your 5th and final week. Im not saying to get more weeks but to earn them sooner than what it is now.
