Emotional intelligence is lacking in the organization. Need to work on creating a motivating & inspiring workplace. Improve morale & be more transparent when asked direct questions by employees rather than answers too generic or unbelievable.
Morale is at an all time low. Younger workers being promoted prematurely & lack any emotional intelligence. People leaving with no concern to management, no backfilling or adjustment of expectations so we all have to pick up the work.
