BNSF treats you as guilty until proven innocent. Slow to investigate vandalism from public but quick to investigate employees. BNSF need to treat all employees the same. To creat the same compensation for medical and stock purchases for all employees.

Better Communication with there front line employees. Practice what they preach with there leadership models. BNSF treats there scheduled employees like a 3rd rate titanic customer.
