Navigating the politics and bureaucracy. Figuring out how to work within the system and rules. It's easily 50% of my time.
How’s the interview process? Tough? Long?
They have structured interviews. I hated them, its hard to gauge how you are doing.
Do people talk about their political views openly? Or do u gotta keep that secret?
Not really, politics aren't talked about that I recall
