Its mostly positive, but some pf the managers can come across as unkind and rude.
The employee discount is the only positive thing I can think of right now. The culture is mostly pushing for metrics and getting told we should be grateful for any pittance that they give us for a raise once a year.
They bring out a positive energy that both other employees and customers can feel.
Everyone works so well together and knows when its time to work, and when we can spare some time to have fun. We are always laughing and supporting each other.
