Pay workers as if you value the as much as you say you do. Reward them, not their upper management, for their own hard work and improvement. Let the level harshness and strictness match the pay. We shouldn't have so much responsibility at 8.25/hr. Improve company training standards.
I would like to make enough money to afford to rent a home. I would like to make enough money to afford bills and rent and still have luxuries. I would like to see my coworkers and managers not struggling for money. I would like a pay raise instead of my bosses' bosses getting more money.
