What did you like most about the interview process?

It was conversational and extremely easy.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We sell some neat books sometimes and some of the customers are cool. That's really it. We are all so disheartened and beginning to find other jobs to phase out BAM from our lives.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything. They pay pennies on their millions and expect to take over their employees' entire lives. One of the harshest environments for so little pay I have even heard of in my city. Walmart is worlds better as an employer, and that is saying a lot.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Pay workers as if you value the as much as you say you do. Reward them, not their upper management, for their own hard work and improvement. Let the level harshness and strictness match the pay. We shouldn't have so much responsibility at 8.25/hr. Improve company training standards.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would like to make enough money to afford to rent a home. I would like to make enough money to afford bills and rent and still have luxuries. I would like to see my coworkers and managers not struggling for money. I would like a pay raise instead of my bosses' bosses getting more money.
