Communication skills. Coworkers talk too much about personal life which shouldn’t be allowed in a working environme

We need harsh rules on communication and personal life of what can be said and shouldn’t be allow
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication is key, store 954 struggles with communication skills. Anytime I suggest we need better communication, I get a viral beating/ talking to about not being part of the team.
