Overall I like working there okay, but there are often not enough cashiers to handle the busy environment at times and I hate trying to sell people magazines and memberships all the time.

My coworkers are often quick to assist me whenever I have questions or need a problem fixed

I liked that I was asked a lot of questions and got the feeling that my future boss really wanted to get to know me and was interested in me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers should work on communicating more effectively with one another and creating a more positive, encouraging environment as opposed to a competitive one where your worth/success is based on the number of magazines or memberships sold in a given day.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to do a better job training new hires properly and not overworking some employees while underworking others. They also need to see that everyone is pulling their weight on the job instead of having a select few workers pick up everyone else's slack.
