Working on several different projects is quite the experience. I look forward to work every day. Developing plans and schedules for groups of employees is a great experience.

Getting paid over twice my salary in dividends on my stock every year.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having plenty to do. Teaching others so that they can take over my job one day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like family. Because we are employee owned, we are all interested in doing our best for the client so we can get repeat business. Make the client profitable and we will be rewarded at the end of the year.
