What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I do belief that C-SPAN's Management and Leadership tries to be ethical and conscientious, and they genuinely make an effort to help and make accommodations for employees facing personal issues.
What is the best part about your compensation package?C-SPAN's Transamerica 403B plan matches my contributions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Actually listening and taking feedback. They are very stuck in in their old ways and put too much emphasis on hierarchy to the point nothing gets done on time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I was hired as a temp, not permanent
