  • A few. Reserved to very talented individuals whom we cannot replace with locals. As an Agile environment, CA strongly promotes colocation for scrum team members and their direct management.

  • Support, Services and Engineering teams are quiet like a library. Sales is more upbeat and noisy.

  • Extremely intense. Very high rev/RPM pace. Ultimately it is a culture of performance and everyone know what is expected of them. I can work as many hours as are available. It is difficult to disconnect at times. With travel I am working in excess of 70 hours per week.

  • It is very reasonable. If you are a work from home employee. You receive $75 per month for office expenses. You can order a router and desk phone with an office extension. You can still go into your local office, which I do frequently when not traveling. Essentially, you are treated like an adult.
